Clark Atlanta University (CAU) announced today that it has received a $1-million gift from Chick-fil-A, Inc. The gift will be used to support student access, retention, and graduation support at CAU.
“We are grateful for Chick-fil-A’s generous gift,” said Chancellor Harold Perkin. “This gift will make a real difference in the lives of our students and help them reach their full potential.”
The gift from Chick-fil-A will be used to support a variety of programs and initiatives that are designed to help students succeed at CAU. These programs include:
- The Chick-fil-A Scholarship Program, which will provide scholarships to students who demonstrate financial need and academic excellence.
- The Chick-fil-A Mentorship Program, which will pair students with Chick-fil-A employees who can provide guidance and support.
- The Chick-fil-A Career Development Program, which will provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workforce.
